Shipping costs and delivery times

The shipping costs for your orders are calculated based on your order value before deduction of discounts. The higher your order value, the heavier it will be, the higher the shipping costs. The delivery times depend on the country of delivery, the current workload of production and the selected shipping method. Therefore, deliveries can sometimes vary greatly. The current shipping costs and delivery times are shown in the following lists.

Note for customers in Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, VAT is already included in the price. There are no additional costs for customers such as taxes, customs clearance fees, customs duties or other fees. You only pay the price of the goods specified in the shopping cart and the shipping costs.

Shipping methods

Standard Shipping

Depending on the size of your order, an attempt will be made to send the items using an A4 letter. Larger shipments are delivered in parcels or parcels. You will then receive a tracking number. We mainly use DHL for this.

Premium Shipping
